Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling for all events, Fee Fi Foam Fun maintains the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. A $50 cancellation charge will be applied, and any remaining balance paid will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as staffing, equipment preparation, and scheduling commitments have already been finalized. There is no fee for rescheduling an event, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance and the new date is subject to availability. If an event must be postponed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions (as determined by Fee Fi Foam Fun), the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. Failure to provide access to the event location, failure to meet required setup conditions, or cancellation upon arrival will be treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable. By booking a service with Fee Fi Foam Fun, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
