Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling for all events, Fee Fi Foam Fun maintains the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

  • The deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as staffing, equipment preparation, and scheduling commitments have already been finalized.

  • There is no fee for rescheduling an event, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance and the new date is subject to availability.

  • If an event must be postponed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions (as determined by Fee Fi Foam Fun), the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • Failure to provide access to the event location, failure to meet required setup conditions, or cancellation upon arrival will be treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable. By booking a service with Fee Fi Foam Fun, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
